Admin Login

The admin page or the back-end, admin panel or control panel, is the interface where administrators can manage or control, direct, manipulate any action in the software. Here admin is the person who can choose whose access can be allowed or denied.

Register New User/Cancel Membership

A new member of the library whose account is created so that his/her transactions can be tracked. Similarly, if a person’s account needs to be closed or terminated, that can be done by cancel membership function.

Student Add/Edit/Search Module

While adding a new student, in case of an educational institution, the student’s credentials such as name, class, session, admission year, department, semester. This stores all details of a student. To relieve from manual task of searching, the user may enter name, session, admission year, department, semester to search by name, session, admission year, department, semester, respectively.

Staff Add/Edit/Search Module

This function adds details of new staff member. It includes the personal details such as name, designation, joining date. Helps in searching details of staff members by name, designation and joining date. Any one particular can be picked and the search can be made.

Add books by accession and cataloguing. This section deals with book details. User can add/remove/edit book details as and when required.

Book History Search Module

By accession No, title, author, barcode, category, ISBN, purchase date, rack no, supplier name, subject, lost book. A requisite book can be searched using any of the following options like accession no, title, author, barcode, category, ISBN, purchase date, rack no, supplier name, subject, lost book.

Barcode Print For Faster Work

You can print the barcode according to the rack wise. User will have to fill in the rack no, selected rack and printer. To print barcode by accession no. user will have to enter the accession no, and choose the printer. Bar code's image data is provided by the sensor and it will send the barcode's content to the scanner's output port. User can scan the barcode, it will show all the details of the book, date and details of borrower, for instance.

Supplier Data Management

Correct supplier data make system efficient and saves time and resources. Supplier data management done by users that can be done by filling in supplier details. Maintain your invoice and bills of suppliers easily.

Rack Management

Helps user to identify which rack has the book been placed. Whenever the book will be searched it will show which rack the book belongs. Helps, to find the book easily and also to place it back.

Book Issue/Reissue/Return

The entire transaction of a library depends on book issue/ reissue/return. You can directly go to the issue and return section to track details of books issued/re-issued/returned.

Report View and Generate

Gives opportunity to the user to view reports by student, staff, book, issue book, reissue book, return book, member activity. This segment of the software provides you the details of reports i.e. issued books, returned books, book history and member reports.

Tracking Of Available Books And Lost Books

The books that are available for issue or if any book is lost. Helps in book identification. Reduces efforts lost in manual searching. Books lost can be checked by going through the records and tallying with available book data.

Data Backup System

To safeguard from unwarranted loss of information data backup function enable the entire software data to be stored in an archive file. In the event of data loss from the software, the backup remains secured.

Email Sending Option

Emails are sent to the borrowers to send them notifications about return dates, any dues or any other relevant information
